Abstraction of everyday objects and views using perspective. Utilize composition and leading lines to direct a viewer's eye to a center of interst in the photograph.

Assignment No.2 - The Screen

A screen can be any number of objects that inhibits your view, thereby changing a viewer's point of reference or interpretation of the photograph.

Assignment No.3 - Depth of Field

Use various f-stops and shutter speeds to create varying effects. Set different f-stops to increase and decrease the amount of depth of field in a photograph. When photographing remember the rule of thirds.

Assignment No.4 - Textures

Contrasting shapes, textures, or colors can be used to direct a viewer to the subject. The eye is naturally attracted to contrast points such as a black object in a white frame or a white object in a black frame. Lighting is important in creating light or dark areas in a print.
